I was reading some stories from people who was diagnosed, and some of them stated they had cramps and stiffness and then was diagnosed, maybe I shouldn't be googling I guess,but I'm just scared, every time I ask a doc they say "expect the worse pray for the best"

I can walk ,if I rest it it helps, then while I'm resting it the muscles will twitch with some spasms, there is some pain in the calf muscles if I move them it seems to help

Yes, it seems if I rest it for awhile it's better then I walk some and rest my legs they start to twitch and spasm some there is pain in the calf muscle too if I move it then it helps.
