Last night was a really bad night.....I didn't get to sleep until 3am....you are so right this is terrible for everyone involved. But I really feel bad for the CALS the pain they have to deal with 24/7.....it's just not fair for people to suffer like that.......keep in touch love to hear from you. Christina [email protected]

Sorry I have been online for a while.....today was bad day. I just wanted hospice to take him to home and clear me of my duties......but of course that did not happen, but I am thinking about full time inhome care to help me, I just can't do this alone.

A small amount help now.....remember in May when my husband was diagnosed they treated me really bad. So they now come once a week for three hours and hate doing that.....or make excuss to come to help. So basically I'm by myself. My parents live in Nebraska and my Mom takes care of my Dad and Grandmother who is 96 year old. Last night was a little better, I only got up once. But I'm sure things will become worst and nights are going to get longer.......I just hate to see anyone suffer, it's just not fair to them.

Hi, hope all is well for you. It is crazy here. Scottie is very angry and is taking it out on the kids and I. Cussing and carry on. I am just about ready to call and send him to hospice or get a fulltime aid. I cant take much more of being in the middle. Mom, wife, nurse, dad ect ect. His swallowing has gotten worse too. aspirating on liq. He has a little junk in his lungs, but wont listen to me or the hospice nurse. I hate this diease and what it does to everyone.
sorry I am having a rough day....needed to vent I guess.
