Have you been able to get a diagnosis for your symptoms? I had similar symptoms happen pretty close together like you. The breathing issue was what initially prompted me to go to a doctor in early May 2016, even though i had had some weird symptoms since Dec 2015. Have you gone though a full pulmonary test ?
I've had all the testing done ..... cardiology, pulmonary, standard blood work, egg/ncv. All normal. I still have the same breathing issue (like yours) ...... it hasn't gotten worse nor has it improved.
