Sorry for reaching out out of the blue.

I saw your posts on the ALS forums regarding RCH4. I have received approval subject to getting a letter from an MD, however my local GP is reluctant to do so. I was hoping you could give me the contact details of the doctor who approved your use of RCH4 (I'm also based in the UK)?
