Thanks for this info Nick, anything is helpful and i am looking into this now you should bring it to the attention of the chaps that are on too propofol as my first research after reading your post was wikipead - it has the chemical components and i see that propan is in this drug which makes me wonder if its related to propofol - sound like they could be at the least cousins in the drug family
