Thank you for the replies. I don't understand how a muscle can twich one day and twich in a different muscle group the next day? If a nerve controlling a muscle is dying it should not stop until that nerve no longer fires correct?

Thank you for the reply. I forgot to mention I do have occasional muscle twitching noticed it in left lateral shin and L deltoid, but has not been consistent. Seems like a lot of symptoms in a short period of time. I test my grip strength several times a week and have not seen a decline yet...
