The doctor who did the test thought this was caused by a posture issue. I find that baffling as I really don't cross my legs or do anything that could compress that nerve. Not sure if you even go on here anymore but I wanted to reach out to see how you've been and how long this took to resolve including the twitching to calm down.

I'm currently going through very similar symptoms to what it looks like you experienced years ago. I was just given an NCS/EMG last week and diagnosed with peroneal nerve palsy/compression. Seems very similar to what the neuro that you had. Similar to you I've experienced tremendous improvement in symptoms; however, my twitching is off the charts lately. All over but relentless in the legs.
