  • You cause me to get choked up my Dear One. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this "angry elephant".

She has an innerspring mattress now that has memory foam built onto the top and bottom of it. I'm not sure of the brand of it. My brother got it at a local medical supply place and purchased it for her. Thanks!
No, I was speaking of an overlay powered by a motor. Look up Invacare adjustable air overlay, and you should see it. And you know that the innerspring mattress is important on the hospital bed.

I now get my shoulder blade "stuck" between the ROHO air pockets, and can't get them out alone. I am concluding it is best only for certain situations.
It requires very good placement to get the ROHO air pockets where they don't hurt me. And I sleep only on my back. I don't know how the ROHO would feel if I slept on my sides. The adjustable air overlay may be better for your sister--make sure it is adjustable, or it will hurt the bony areas. Memory foam probably is too dense. My sympathy to both you and your sister!
