thanks HelenL mam for your comment. i couldn't figure out loss of muscle in other part of body except hand & shoulder but i can't walk. it means muscle of my leg is also weakening. is it ALS or PLS ? both legs & hands gradually became weak approximately at same rate but no atrophy on legs.
