Hi Mooney I am very sorry to hear about your mothers diagnosis my prayers are with you and your family I would get a second opinion no doubt I dont know what doctor in philly that diagnosed your mother but I am from philly and been to alot of neurologists because I am having alot of issues neuromuscular wise and they say something is going on but nobody is giving me a diagnosis
