It's a noghtmare fore me. I saw 3 different neurologists and even after he EMG they said there's no need for follow up. Last one told me that I have to get friend with my twitches. They may go away or they will accompany me all life...and that's just it. They are there an no harmless. Newly I am experiencing vibrating senzation in my right leg which I think is a good sign. (Seems senzory). However, I am now workingn with a pshychyatrist to get over this and then see how I can support this forum
    Hi there,

Thanks for the friend request and the support! I wouldn't worry too much in your place, you said you had twitches mostly in your legs, which are innervated by L4/L5. The herniation and disc issue pretty much explain it all. The other occasional twitches are most likely caused by your anxiety over your dad's illness
i've been going through twitches and was told by one neurologist i had sensimotor polyneuropathy and second neurologist no neuropathy but stenosis in l4-l5 radiopathy. orthopedic dr agrees that its bilateral but i have twitches above my waist too, really don't know what to think dealing with this for 9months , so i feel for you.
