Hello, I think we have extremely similar symptoms. I am experiencing: Widespread muscle atrophy, twitching, the last 5 months. Lost 25-30 kilos. Feel that my bowel muscle is weakened and caused me constipation. Sleep problems. Funny thing I had 4 emgs were all clean and disease is still progressing.
