I loved my neuro bc of his humor 2 visit he asked how my walking was I said fine but heels r becoming a challenge without missing a beat he says they r a challenge for me too do u think I should try a lower heel? when doing my pacer testing at one point 2 drs,a tech were leaning over me...

I have the same neck problems at night. I have a ton of pillows that I change trying to get comfortable . my hubby just ordered me a side sleeper pillow that looks like a horseshoe. heres hoping it works
