  • Hi Maggiolone,

I have to agree with the others who have responded, it doesn't sound like als to me. Of course, none of us are Dr.s. What you are describing could be lots of things, I think. It may be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency, thyroid condition maybe? I don't know, but I have serious doubts that it is als.

Which is a very, very good thing! I know how limbo land can be frustrating, but you should keep searching and getting professional advice. It should be something they will find if you can just be patient. Sometimes you have to get tests, then wait for progression, or hopefully, lack of progression.

Trust the pros. We're all here, but we can't give a diagnosis, only support and examples from our own experiences.

Good luck, let us know what they find,
    Steve
    Hi Maggiolone,

Not sure what to say, except 'welcome'. Usually there is a question, or a 'hello' attached. Yours was just a statement. The gang's all here if you have questions and/or concerns. Someone will respond if they know what you're asking.

    Hang tough,
    Steve
