What do you do for exercise?

I know we all say it, but i cant emphasize enough about the "overdo" exercise. Back in -Jan 2013 my wife was still walking and could do some small arm movements. We listen to someone that had a very intensive training plan for her (he had success with that plan with people with different...

On Bipap 24 / 7, how to wash hair and dental care?

Hi Pat, Have you tried washing your hair while sitted on your wheelchair and using a shampoo tray? Your CALS can put water in a bucket and wash you with little by little with a glass. Never tried with my wife while on bipap, but thats how we do it now that she has a tracheo. Saludos! Lucas

    Bladder

Hi All, my wife is also struggling with bladder control. It doesnt happen every day but at least once a week she pees herself while on the couch. Hi All, Thanks for your kind words and replies.
