Uggh.. so it's a rush to make it onto the commode. We succeed 50% of the time. Rush to the bedroom, get her onto the lift and pants off.. Oh Poop! We didn't make it. UGGH.

When we got the feeding tube, it alleviated most of my pals gas problems. We just take the cap off and it lets out bubbles, etc. Sometimes metamucil is used to give firmness to the bowel movement. Can you use bananas in a blender with the liquid meals?
I know that a decline in FVC could account for headaches because of the CO2 buildup that is normally expelled easier. When my pals got on her bipap her headaches declined and she had a bit more energy.
Took my pals awhile to agree to use it though. Now she goes off and on.
My question is what kind of information are you looking for? Is there anything that would put your mind at ease or are you not looking for that? Not trying to be a wise guy here. You have been told by Doctors.. So curious what you'd like folks here to say?
