Your husband and I were both Bulbar onset. In Feb 2019, the ALS Clinic changed it to strictly als. I’m all of a sudden progressing rapidly. Has your husbands ALS stayed pretty stable? He was mowing lawns and washing cars with no problem. I was, until December, still cooking full time and doing laundry etc. Currently my mobility is horrible. I haven’t fallen yet, but it’s only a matter of time
