hi i hope your feeling better and all is alright where all here to listen and help in anyway you take care jeff
    Hi LGP--

Yes, I have some thinning in my left foot, an area that constantly twitches and sometimes cramps. However, the most obvious area of wasting has been in my right thumb/thenar muscle. That being said, I really don't think it's ALS so I'm trying to figure out what else it could be!
I'm sorry for the mean-spirited way that some of the people responded to your first post! We don't all feel that way . . . however, I'm afraid that their remarks reflect on all of us.
Thanks for replying...I don't believe I am similar Lime, but I do have symptoms that are obviously concerning to me...Mind you, I've had 2 clean EMG's on the affected area and the Neuro+Dr's have chalked it up to some kind of muscle injury....however, I am steadily losing muscle on the left arm...whole arm is thinning out and fasciculates on and off in fact, so I don't know if a tendon tear could cause something like that (continuously).....The EMG's were done on the affected arm so I can pretty much say no to ALS, but I guess the fear lingers on in the back of my mind and I keep waiting (not wanting) for it to get worse.
    Hey Lime,

just bumped into of your posts and I am curios....Is Lyme causing all or most of your symptoms based on what the doctors have told you? What are the other possibilities that are lingering (again based on what dr's have told you)? Hope my questions are not intrusive....Like many others on here without a clear diagnosis, I hope truly hope you get better!
