I see how quickly you're progressing and I know how hard that is when you DO have a dedicated CALS 24/7. I can't imagine being alone as you are. If their is anything a man from Florida can do to help, let me know.
If and when you decide to use the "Oregon Option" to manage the end, please let us know how the process goes. It would be useful to other PALS.
