Hi all, sorry for the delayed response. The neurologist he saw is not a Neuromuscular or ALS specialist and neither is the Neuro she referred him to for a 2nd opinion. I messaged her requesting a referral to an ALS specialist for the 2nd opinion.

He has been seen by a Neurologist and she suggested a 2nd opinion with another Neurologist.
