28-old guy from Finland. Having symptoms, and I am here to convience myself to be just health anxiety.

Current situation 12/2023:
Speech is tangled more than ever, words that have for example "koka" "kaka" "papa", are really hard to say clearly.

Facial appearance is changed alot. Skin is saggy. Cheeks really hollow and thin. This is not arguable, it is reality. Temples hollowed, and weirdest thing is that my left ear is hanging floppier than right.

Soft muscles everywhere around the body. I mean everywhere. Even there, the round muscle, you know.

Walking is different also. Some days its better, but some days its really wobbly and I need to concentrate to it. Toes catching things in the floor, mats, and other really low stuff.

Coughing is unaffective. I get rope-like mucus in mu throat which I can only remove doing very loud "hhhhhhhaaaa", but still it stays in my airways, I need to lean forward and try to huff it to my mouth, and I can get rid of it.

Drinking, I can drink. Eating, food builds up in my throat, and I need to flush it down with water or with next mouthful of food.

Chewing food is really difficult sometimes because my lips feel weird. Its like the coordination of my lips to stay closed is weak. It feels really awkward to eat with people, thats why I come to eat alone in my home everyday, I live 500m from my job.

Atrophy. My leg muscles are the measurement of my body atrophy. I have lost 5cm in circumference in 1 year. Left leg 5, right leg 3,5cm.

Weird part is that yesterday I did backflip on a flat ground, arabicflip to backflip combo also, and I made 7 muscle-ups in a row also. And shot ice hockey puck over 120km/h, which is around 75miles/h.

My speech is also fluctuating. When I wake up I really sound like Ive drank. During the day its better, and again in late evening its bad again. If i stay up with my friends for example to 2am-3am, the speech suddenly gets little bit better again on the late hours.
