Hey LatinoLoco, I came across an old post of yours regarding pain and muscle atrophy in one spot and some fascics with a clean EMG. I have been experiencing something similar, and I am wondering if you ever figured out what the problem with your arm was? i have had these migrating pains up and down my right arm with muscle atrophy around my forearm near the wrist. No pronounced weakness or clumsiness, though after doing things for a while, my arm feels fatigued and a bit sore. Does this sound at all like what you experienced? I am hoping you still use this site and will get back to me. Anyway, peace out for now.

My doctors think it is totally possible that lyme is causing all my symptoms. I find it hard to believe but I have to say I am getting better day by day it is really slow though. I have also had 3 clean emgs one of my entire right side and tongue so I have pretty much laid the Lou scare to rest and I have had these problems since November of 09 and some since Summer of 08 so if it was the sinister I would have def popped one of the emgs by now. I am going to a neuromuscular/ID on April 20th so we will see. I have alot of UMN stuff going on rather than LMN. I only have the twitches which have for the most part subsided. I cant make a guess at whats up with me but I almost fit CIDP except for brisk reflexes and a clean emg bc I have slowed conduction in both my arms and one leg but I still have a clean emg so I don't know. I would have to have an abnormal one with the conduction problems to be considered for CIDP. Are you similar to me?
