Hi, I am still in the middle of diagnosis they are leaning away from ALS and towards MMN. I am still very scared because ALS is not off the table and I just tested negative for antibodies although I was told it’s still possible to have MMN without antibodies and without conduction block, Which is my situation currently. I can post my EMG below. But I’m not sure if I’m writing this in the correct place ?
