Hi kmroch, I seem to have similar symptoms to you. I would love to go to Mayo but John Hopkins is closer to me (Columbia doesn’t take my insurance). Would you mind keeping in touch? I would like to know how things go for you and how they go at Mayo, if it comes to that point, I may just find myself needing Mayo.
