After four months of tests, confirmation of LMN dominant ALS expected 6/6/2019 at Jacksonville Shands ALS clinic. Second opinion exam at Shands on 4/25 revealed EMG abnormalities, clinical weakness, and right shoulder atrophy. June meeting to confirm weakness and atrophy progression before making final diagnosis.
