    Colleen,
The custard cake has big chunks of custard through it.
So you might get some, a lot or very little custard.
    Like a lucky dip:lol:

    Cheers

Hi Colleen, I have no idea how many women are taking care of me but I'm not complaining at all. We were spared the snow so that's good and I was able to go outside for a few minutes today. It's nice to have the help as Laurie, my new helper, is here from 10:30 am to 3pm. Gotta go, almost bed time at 8:30 pm!!
    thanks Colleen,
I went for a bit of sponge and choc cake. Others ate the custard cake

    Cheers

Hi Colleen, well Debby and Donna have gone home and I'm relaxing today. I love it when they visit but even just having a conversation takes so much energy that I can only do a few minutes at a time. I have a new daytime helper starting tomorrow and I hope she doesn't expect me to do too much, went to the eye doctor friday morning and while it was nice to get out of the house it took me till yesterday afternoon to have any energy. Oh well, I hope you're doing ok and have a nice sunny day.
    Colleen,

I discovered the camellia after I replied to you earlier. Its still cold here, flurries the other day and expected again tomorrow. I did NOT know poor Chico was attacked! This is so upsetting, I will need to write Rosella. That's just awful.

Yay for rototillers :) I am getting a rolling stool that has a swivel seat (like a tractor) and steering handle. Can't wait, its ordered and already shipped.

"Our" darling Mini is currently Don's airport car. Sadly I could not handle the steering any longer (its power assist rather than true automatic steering) She's still as adorable as ever though.

Yes, you've got lots of surprises to look forward to with the flower beds, don't pull anything up till you're sure its a weed!

    talk to you later, (((xoxox)))
Hope the dental visits go well, Colleen...I'm with you in not liking them one bit. or bite. But it's good to be able to bite. Chilly here, but forsythia are blooming. I'm told the cherry tree next door is blooming. It's a very tough variety, blooms on any warm day from December on. I hope you get green soon...but it's only beginning here. Hugs! Ann xoxo
Hi- I'm good, just busy so no time for tag! How are things in your neck of the woods?
... (the rest of the message from below)
Nothing outdoors other than daffy's and forsythia blooming. Indoors I have one orchid blooming (( :) ))

My son's best friend, who is a veterinarian is in this weekend. He cleaned Phoenix the cat's teeth yesterday (lots of noises coming out of him during the process! I never knew there could be so many varieties of a growl!) Today the "boys" are replacing my broken dishwasher with a new Bosch! Yay

Talk to you soon, xx & a big ((hug))
