Hi, my interest in ALS is purely on the funding side. I am an entrepreneur and although I am not directly affected by this disease, I am moved by it and alarmed as to why not enough funds are raised for curing it (apart from the usual excuse that its not profitable enough). My goal is to begin to dedicate some of my company's profits to ALS causes and also research more into it. The reason i stumbled upon ALS specifically is because I have certain symptoms that mimmic it but I have not posted on this forum as I am quite confident what I have is not ALS. But doing this research led me to this terrible disease and I wish to spread more awareness about it. I have benign intentions.

Hi, Kay. You're certainly welcome to speak with me. There's never been a gag order. There have been two times that I have asked you not to post on other people's threads. That is a pretty strict rule, here.

If you don't mind my asking, what is your connection to ALS? You've never expressed being a PALS, a CALs, a DIHALS, or a certified medical expert in ALS.
