Hi Karzy81. My Dad was just diagnosed last month and his symptoms started last summer too with weakness in his right hand. He had twitching just in his right arm up until the day after the 2nd neurologist he saw suspected ALS then literally overnight his twitching spread to all limbs and stomach. I believe the stress and anxiety must have made symptoms progress so quickly. Not sure if same thing is happening with your Dad.
