Neuro appointment tomorrow

I been off the forum for months. Been on "treatment for more then 20 months,pills,therapy,massages,exercise,salt baths,etc,etc...nothing seems to improve. Taking anxiety depression meds for more than a year plus therapy. I hope this is all a mind trick and nothing more.
