Yes, occasional tongue twitching too. You can imagine my photo feed from phone, its like hundreds 1-2 min videos of my tongue I used to record and rewatch right after to spot some twitching. I also had lip twitching after brushing my teeth.

All your symptoms from your thread I had. And it all was my anxiety. So I think you shouldnt worry about it much. Again Im not saying nothing is wrong, Im not a doctor. But from my experience with ALS anxiety you at most have something like carpal tunnel syndrome.

I had positivie babinski tested on myself, hofman tested until my finger was bloody, i literally destroyed my anckles testing reflexes and everything was abnormal

I was in the same boat for 4 months. My twitching was so severe, it was literally non-stop, not for a second. After I did 3 EMGs, and visited like 5 or 6 neuros and let my fear slide a bit, I have literally zero twitching now.

Hello, its fine. When I did my EMG my doctor said to me that I have pinched nerve but MRI showed nothing. Turns out I had muscles affecting it. It resolved after 1-2 months.

Well, from my EMG experience, the main thing about it is to form a contact with doctor performing it. Actually my doctor said it to me while doing it. EMG can be noisy for small reasons. My trapezius was noisy because of my shirt which I did not take off completely. But doctor did it second time...

One cannot check spasticity. Only doctor can or at least another person. My jaw is kinda strange it feels like the muscles is tight. But again you cannot test it yourself just like reflexes.
