Hi Jas, I've just seen your thread and you share quite a few symptoms with me? I'm a young man whose symptoms began with a sudden loss of ability to burp immediately followed by hundreds of weird microburp things a day. I then began having difficulty swallowing and developed all over body muscle twitches and spasms and most alarmingly progressive muscle wasting and weakness.
