I have almost exactly the same symptons as you.

First covid
Then bell's palsy on my left side
Then a feeling of heavyness on my left side
Then widespread fasciculation
And now starting to have bulbar symptons like facial atrophy, drooling, tongue bitting when talking, tongue burning and fasciculations.
