Just read about this supplement on here. The thread is closed. Does anyone have any new info on this supplement? It doesn't look too expensive and doesn't seem to have adverse effects. If you are taking it, would you indicate the brand? I'm in Canada.
Thanks!
Correction... i will "now" be starting the protocol.
Good scientific research always involves replication studies. (Retired science teacher here) Not sure why it would have to fall on Mitsubishi Pharma to run the study.
Yes I was speaking with Danielle. For a variety of reasons, I have not started the process of edaravone infusions. Making it free has taken removed one of my reservations to this therapy and I will not begin the protocol. From a research point of view, I would still like to see studies that...
Heard from Sunnybrook Hospital (Toronto) today. Person indicated that it looked like Edaravone would be approved in Canada for August/September. That's big news. Have nothing to substantiate other than her word.

Been on it for over a year.
I have had stomach bloating for many years.

This is not confirmed but it appears that LNIH will begin to do infusions in the very near future. Some things have been happening in the background around this. As well, Sunnybrook is to begin doing the first infusion and then refer to others outside hospital.
All this should come into effect...
Dixcorner, any updates you care to pass along? Any more news on what Sunnybrook had to say about infusions?
Also curious if anyone has heard anything about what I recall was a date for a meeting of all provinces about ALS. Might be wrong about that but I do recall seeing some post about an...
Thanks for the information. I am looking into starting this process but want to know as much as I can before I start. I have all the info about how to get the drug.
With regards to the infusions, I've called the Newmarket CCAC and they referred me to a supervisor in Richmond Hill. I will...
I'm curious as to how this starts. My reading talks about coughing and swallowing (going down wrong tube) issues. I have the feeling of a bit of a "ball" that things need to get around as I swallow. That's the only way I can describe it. Can someone give any kind of comment to that feeling?
