The last I looked 202 PALS had filled out the survey.

I believe that the survey shows that approx. 90% of PALS were not drinking enough wather. The problem with not drinking enough water is your body cannot get rid of toxins. We are subjected to toxins thru the environment, the food we eat and drink and many other areas. Your body needs water...
