Hello there, I’ve read your post of the symptom when speaking and I would like to follow up on that. I’m currently experiencing some similar issues of feeling tired when speaking some words, and I’d like to know how you improve on that. Thank you!

I also had an ALS scare a few years ago. I had an EMG at 11 months in back in December 2019 and nothing sinister was found.

Anyhow, very recently I’ve had a gait change that resembles a mild high steppage gait.
