You don't have a thing that should worry you. If those twitches were due to ALS, there would definitely be signs and symptoms by now . . . signs and symptoms that you do not have. Put it out of your mind. I'm an avid weightlifter like yourself and I am always twitching somewhere . . . always (I'm twitching now as I type this). Relax and enjoy the life you have ahead of you.
