I, me, personally am getting help, begrudgingly taken but needed. My Blood Pressure is through the roof 195/146 yesterday. Seeing the Doc soon.

Thank you for your message. No there are not many of us caring for a partner or loved one with both diseases which makes it harder to communicate with folk that are only caring for someone with MND.
Life is tough, very very tough as a carer of both at the same time.
