I have very similar issues currently post Covid (February of this year). I also have a smaller/flatter muscle in my quad that is pretty visible. I'm exhausted all the time, shaky/fine tremoring and have pain and stiffness in the thigh where it twitches. I had a clean mri and bloodwork.
