My husband has ALS/FTD. Should I go to his primary care doctor for aches, pains and headaches or should all medical problems be address by his Neurologist? I am sure most of you know how hard it is to get to see a specialist.
Also, I am interested in knowing your observations regarding the dementia. My husband cannot figure out how to write a check anymore. Bills totally confuse him. He is now having a hard time remembering who people are. I can almost see him declining daily.
