And for what it's worth she was taking 15-20 breaths per minute while sleeping on bipap with oxygen

She is on BiPAP. They want to have oxygen with the BiPAP while she sleeps. She has an ALS Clinic.

She does use a BiPAP. She has a hiatal hernia and I believe a general surgeon is going to perform the procedure because of that. Is there something else I need to request? Is there a risk she will need emergency ventilation that she might not be able to come off of?
