Sudden onset of muscle twitching began February, 2015, which has not stopped. Other unusual symptoms include stiffness in fingers, heaviness/tightness in limbs, pain and fatigue.
Update: July, 2019: After more than four years, my muscles still twitch every few seconds. Most of these twitches are in both calves and feet. Regular twitching in left arm began in June, 2019.
All EMGs since 2015 have been abnormal. They showcase chronic denervation, but no active denervation, fibrillations or positive sharp waves.
Update: February, 2021: fasciculations still present in calves and feet. Doctor confirmed objective weakness in left shoulder, which began developing in late 2020. Occasional muscle twitching in deltoid and biceps when in use; unable to lift arm using supraspinatus muscle.
