    Hey there. Just checking up on ya. What did the EMG reveal? I’m having very similar symptoms and also 32.

    Hello, it got pushed back unfortunately so I have only had it today. I will post the results in the thread now.

    Unfortunately the thread got locked for inactivitity. EMG didn't come back super clean but the neurologist said there is no supporting evidence for ALS. No fibrillations or positive sharp waves were detected, however there was a problem in the amplitude during voluntary activity (in 3 out of 4 tested areas). My right tibialis anterior was especially problematic.

    They now want to do an MRI of my entire spine for that, until now I have had only the cervical part done. Apparently, this is consistent with nerve root issues at C7/L5 level. When last time I had the cervical mri in may, there was no problem at the C7 level.

    They also did a test for tetany (with the cuff on my arm) and it came back slightly positive. So nothing terribly conclusive yet but looks hopeful.
