Hi, Enjoy2today. I read your post and nothing in that summary indicates a possibility of MND, other than the fasciculations. Fortunately, there are other conditions that can also cause fasciculations and a lot of them are very treatable. In my opinion, the neuro is just clearly documenting his diagnostic process. He went into this test with MND as a possibility and the existence of the fasciculations just won't allow him to rule it out 100 percent. Appreciate his honesty while realizing that he's probably dropped all MNDs other than PLS from the possible diagnoses at this point.
