Hi Elizabeth..thanks so much for the information. I had a couple of minutes to look at it..but could not find the ALS application. If it is based on income..we probably will not qualify. We are fortunate in the fact that we still have an income..but only 1/2 of what it was. So, will be making the choice whether or not to purchase the rilutek..being on a budget.
