Hi, I found and old post by you speaking about post viral/cfs..I was also diagnosed with this and had what sounds like similar symptoms to you..Anyway, just wanted to say hello! It sounds like your symptoms had started to improve so do not know if you ever come onto this forum anymore, but in case you do wanted to reach out. I am starting to improve after 5.5 months of symptoms. I still have muscle twitching etc. But my leg pain and perceived weakness has been gone for that last 2 weeks and I am so thankful.
