I saw where you said that you have been doing strength tests at home and while it's comforting, you may do more harm than good. Trust that if you had clinical weakness that you would not be able to do any of those things. The heel to toe walk would be physically impossible. Have you ever sat in a certain way for so long that your leg went to sleep and then tried to walk on it? That's what it would be like to walk with clinical weakness. It wouldn't hurt, it would just be impossible to keep your balance or move your leg. In your hands, you wouldn't be able to open a bottle. You just wouldn't have the strength. I know you're worried but try not to think too far into it. Twitching comes after weakness. BFS worsens with anxiety and you might find that when you aren't thinking about it, they aren't there. You'll be okay!
