    Hey dbltree,
    Had to Google to find Birmingham IA, Looks like I'm basically in the opposite corner of the state, up by the Okoboji area. Just curious who your IA ALS rep is? We meet with a girl named Krista, and she has been really great to us. Seems like we're lucky here in IA, I hear some stories that other states may not have the resorces or staff that Iowa has.
    Anyways, just wanted to say hi, and best of luck.

    Looks like I'm checking this site regularly nowadays. It's amazing how quickly your priorities can change. This is not the club I had ever thought of joining, but, I am glad it is here.
    Glad to hear you trying the mag/ox, I hope it helps. Don't disregard the aspirin. It has an amazing chemical makeup, as my wife has shown me in a scientific figure. I know for a fact that it helps keep her coughing under control. One missed dose, and she starts. 20 to 30 minutes after taking a couple, she is alright again. About every 3 hours is working for her. I just hope it will continue. Even if you're not coughing, it still may be worth adding to your routine anyway.

    Hello. Just wanted to tell you that I also have a lot of twitching at night. I've come to the conclusion that mostly, I just notice them more when my body is at rest.
