  • You could always get a prescription for Ambien for sleep. It's a small price to pay if you're getting results. I take a Xanax before bedtime, along with Tizanidine (for spasticity). No issues sleeping. Keep me posted on your results. By the way, once you make 15 posts, you will have the ability to private message.
How long have you been on the supplements? The mk that I have seen is in capsule form, so taste isn't an issue. My symptoms have been mostly UMN - spasticity, hypperreflexia, clonus in ankle. My shoulders and calves have atrophied but not so the doctors take note. I am not yet clinically weak. my strength is still okay but I fatigue quickly. Also have lots of shoulder and knee pain. I am currently taking Lyrica for nerve pain and Tizanidine for spasticity.
I hadn't thought of gw-1516. I was thinking of tb4, igf-1, and mk-2866 possibly myself. I'm curious to hear what your results are. I know people who have taken mk-2866. (These are healthy weightlifters.) They reported some lean muscle growth but also lots of headaches. Good luck, I'm very interested in hearing your results.
IGF-lr3 is also worth looking into. I see that it's been studied in Europe with mixed results. I have not been diagnosed with anything yet but clearly have some sort of neuromuscular disorder. I wonder how IGF, thymosin beta-4 would work in subjects who are pre-diagnosis. Obviously this is a very murky area with little research up to this point...
