HI, they took it on the right outside part of thigh (lat?) This is my so to speak "good leg". they wont do on the weak leg. Get it on a Friday, so your hubby is around over weekend to help with kids. I am not sure how big a piece but the stiches are 7 and it is about 1 and 1/2 inch. it feels deep. The whole area is swollen. It still hurts a bit today. I think though i have done more than you are suppose to! Hello, I have 3 young helpless, mommy spoiled kids! I created these clingers, so I have to pay the price~~I dont mind!

hi, yes it did. It is still sore, but I was able to take the kids to the movies yesturday w/o hubby! he was at a pga golf event. today it is real sore from that!!! I just did not want kids in house all day, So I popped motrin grapped my crutch and dealt with it. it was worth it! Thanks for asking, hoping you had a good weekend.

I am feeling little better. My mother in law picked up the baby and took to her house. that is huge, hard to carry baby on the crutches and I dont want her to cry and think I dont want to carry her. The boys are easy and they are running back and forth from the nieghbors house and playing. It feels like I had a c-section on my thigh! I had 3 c-sections and at least I could walk after those!
***when is your next neuro appt? will you ask for a muscle biopsy?

I called and they said it depends on your tolerence, only limations are the day of, someone to take care of you. they are doing my right thigh. My problem (or I should say more problem) one is my left, and I thought we should go there. she said that it did not matter and they dont like to do the weaker leg incase of a problem after and the leg is already bad. I have decided to do my plans, my one sister brought me a crutch and i will pop some motrin and be fine. its at 8:30 weds. I am a little nervous. I am surprised with your symptoms that you have never had one, you should ask. I know it is not a firm dx, but may shed some light or not.....

I believe they are doing the leg foresure, not sure about arm.

I hope it is not too painfull, I have had 3 kids! have you had one? if so, will I be able to walk the next day? I have plans that require walking....april

thanks! I will respond tomorrow when I have more time. took the kids to a movie and then over to my sisters and now it is bedtime for the kids and me!
