    Hi Cricket,
    Thinking of you! It's starting to gradually get colder here. I wasn't really thrilled about scraping ice off my windows this morning when I went out to drive my kids to school. Luckily, it was thin though. I am not a winter person for sure. I have a intense fear of falling on ice. I mean I completely panic if we have a ice storm. Take care, Kim

    thanks Cricket we are experimenting and slowly coming to find the high fibre ones give him the most nausea and lots of warm water nearly equal amount helps a lot too. It is trial and error, and as usual everyone is a bit different :) glad you are working out the sleepy feeling bit on your side too

    Hi lovely Cricket :)

    Doing OK now the first week after peg insertion is over and he is settling in to it now and has little pain now.

    We had a bunch of my friends come over today and do a huge working bee outside to help me cope with summer which is coming up for us. Will make so much difference.
